Ms Iris Chang, Assistant, Office of International Affairs, welcomed Assoc. Prof. Wanida Paoin, Associate Dean of Faculty of Medicine on an occasion of the technical visit at Tzu chi University and Tzu chi University Hospital. Future collaboration between the two institutes was discussed.
