Joins ASEAN4TB Meeting in Jakarta to Boost Tuberculosis Research and Innovation, Indonesia

Professor Thana Khawcharoenporn, M.D,, M.Sc., Assistant Dean for International Affairs and Associate Professor Pitchayapa Ruchiwit, M.D., Assitant Dean for Health and Academic Services acting on behalf of the Dean and Faculty of Medicine, Thammasat University attended the ASEAN Tuberculosis Research Collaboration (ASEAN4TB) meeting in Jakarta, Indonesia, held on July 1^st–2^nd, 2026.

This consortium aims to foster partnerships among medical schools in ASEAN countries to enhance research capacity, drive innovation, and exchange data related to the epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of tuberculosis which is a major public health challenge in the region.
