On 29 January 2016, Faculty of Medicine, Thammasat University arranged special lectures on “Current status and future perspective of minimally invasive surgery for upper GI cancer” by Prof. Yuko Kitagawa, Chairman of Department of Surgery, Keio University, School of Medicine/ Director of Keio Cancer Center / Vice President of Keio University Hospital, Tokyo, Japan, and Assist. Prof. Prasit Mahawongkajit, Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine, Thammasat University lectured on “Research and experience in Japan”. These lectures were hosted by Professor Dr. Prakitpunthu Tomtitchong, Associate dean for International Affairs, Faculty of Medicine, Thammasat University.
